Opening Hours
Box Office is open Mon to Fri from 0900hrs / Sat & Sun from 1000hrs.
Advance telephone bookings can be made until 2030hrs, seven days a week. Box Office closes 15 minutes after the start of the final film.

Online ticketing
You can book your tickets in advance online absolutely free, there are no extra charges for this service, you pay exactly the same as you would whether you are booking online, on the ‘phone or in person at Box Office.
To book tickets online simply select the film you wish to see, click on one of the green ‘book ticket’ badges and select the screening time from the list that appears, then follow the instructions.

Ticket Prices
Screenings before 1600hrs: All tickets £3.50 (unless otherwise stated).
Screenings from 1600hrs: All tickets £6.50 full and £5.00 concessions, (unless otherwise stated).
Concessions apply to full-time students, claimants, over-60s and disabled people. If you are a full-time student you must produce proof of eligibility when you are purchasing a ticket.
Watershed does not pass on any charges or booking fees to our customers for booking in advance either on the phone or online.

Advance Booking
You can purchase tickets for any screening or event at any time online, during Box Office hours by calling +44 (0) 117 927 5100 or coming into Watershed Box Office in person. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Please note: there will be no further ticket sales for a performance once it has started and late entry to the cinema for ticket holders is at the discretion of the House Manager.

Changes to the Advertised Programme
Which cinema will my film be in?
Occasionally we need to make changes to the advertised programme including swapping films into different cinemas. If you have booked in advance these changes can result in your film moving cinema. You can check by calling Box Office on the day of the screening (0117) 927 5100 or by looking at the calendar online.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience such changes cause and reassure you that we are constantly aiming to meet the demands of all our customers. Many thanks for your patience and understanding.
