Claire became Interim General Manager at Watershed in 2023, but actually began her career here back in 2001, firstly at Encounters Film Festival and then in Watershed’s Communications Team. After a stretch in Manchester as a Brand Manager in the public sector, she spent ten years working as a Consultant, providing strategic support to senior leadership teams in the arts, environmental and public sectors, before re-joining the Watershed team.

As Interim General Manager, Claire focuses on organisational resilience and resource development, including potential future partnerships and opportunities.
