Watershed's Big Give Campaign 2023
Raising money for our Climate Action Work
From Tue 28 Nov until 12 noon on Tue 5 Dec, we raised £7,124.50 (including gift aid) from our Big Give Campaign. All the donations received will fund Watershed's Climate Action work.
Big Give is the UK’s biggest match-funded campaign. For seven days, the challenge offers supporters of participating charities the opportunity to double their donations. When the public donates to a charity through a Big Give campaign, funders (philanthropists, foundations or corporates) match that donation. So, £50 from a member of the public, becomes £100 for a good cause. One donation, twice the impact.
The donations received will enable us to:
Create a year round programme of screenings, debates and events about climate action
Continue to learn from, inspire and support creatives to be more sustainable in their own work
Explore how to decarbonise and retrofit our building and improve biodiversity in our area
