As part of our Ale Celebration (Mon 4 Sept - Sun 29 Oct) we've asked some of our favourite local brewers (Stroud Brewery, Dawkins Ales, Butcombe and Bath Ales) to takeover all five of our ale taps in week-long Tap Takeovers.
For our final week in our Ale Celebration say hello to our friends from local brewers Dawkins Ale, who will be taking over our taps from Mon 23 - Sun 29 Oct. Dawkins is a West country brewer which produces delicious award-winning beer in Timsbury near Bath and closer to home in Easton. The brewery is built on traditional values and recipes, but also has an innovative edge.
The Dawkins Ales Takeover selection includes:
- Bristol Gold (4.4%) - a crisp, refreshing golden beer with a slightly spicy, fruity aroma and flavour
- Tremendous Delicious (4.2%) - their easy-drinking customer-named bitter than lives up to its name
- Bristol Best or Resolution IPA
- Easton IPA (4.4%) - a complex blend of six hop varieties with a luscious, tropically fruity taste
- Special Craft Ale TBC
