Day: Six Geese a Laying

We chose to prepare the art work for this project through an after school Art Club. We invited two children from each year group, who had shown an interest in being involved.

We chose Six Geese a Laying for our web page and the children began by sketching geese and looking at details of plumage and of individual feathers. The children showed an interest in working in different ways on this project and so it was decided to produce a goose and an egg from pottery, collage and papier mache', as well as producing drawings, prints and cartoons.
