Nice but so simplistic, like all of the DepicT! films always are.

  • packed in such a big story. loved the man’s smile at the end

I liked this made me smile, the little boy reminds me of my son, who would probably do the same in a shop.

  • Andrew Warren says:

What a delightful little film. That boy is a natural.

  • Laurence says:

What a brilliant performance from Alfie. This really made me chuckle. The music/sound is very clever. It was so unobtrusive that I had to watch it second time to realise the role it was playing. For subtlety I think I would have had ‘Superman’ simply wink rather than break out of character and smile – Alfie would have seemed more complicit in the ‘secret’. But this was fantastic storytelling in 90 secs.

  • Beth says:

A very beautiful and touching film. Incredibly well acted and cast. Very skilled camera work where the framing and focus pulling adds so much to the film. I also agree with Laurence about the sound to the film – it is so subtle but adds layers of dimension to the finished piece. Excellent work – well done!

  • Lei says:
