I, THOROUGHLY ENJOYED This Short!:) It’s FUNNY, CHARMING And, COMPLETELY RELATABLE!:} GREAT WORK On This One!:) A HUMOUROUS, ENJOYABLE, PERFECTLY EXECUTED Short!:)
The Interaction Between “#6” And “#7” Is PERFECTLY STELLAR And AMAZINGLY ENTERTAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:) And, I Found It CHARMING And VERY DRYLY WITTY How “#6” Consistently Addressed Himself As “#6” And His Neighbour “#7”:} I REALLY Thought That DISCONNECTION OF IDENTITY And YET STILL WANTING TO GOVERN HIS NEIGHBOUR’S HABIT’S Was, IRONIC And REALISTIC!:} I Just Cant Say How Much I ENJOYED This Short Film!:)
This reminded me of Roald Dahl’s “Tales of the unexpected” and “Inside No. 9” by Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton. Both telling a simple story, but pulling the rug from under you at the last moment – you never see it coming! This short wouldn’t be out of place in a Tales of the unexpected lineup – Except it’s too short a short! Great job – Well done.
Cleverly executed snapshot of lockdown life in an urban environment that is chock-full of quintessential British humour and technically very well crafted. Solid art direction, cinematography, sound design and editing create a strong sense of characterisation without any need for human contact in this fun and quirky socially distanced narrative. A perfectly pitched micro-short film for the quarantine age! ❤️
