A Self-Care Toolkit to Help You Get Through Lockdown
Lucy has created a downloadable self-care toolkit for anyone to access when they are struggling with mental health issues.
During this unprecedented time, I’ve seen my mental health waver several times. Speaking amongst friends and family I quickly realised that I am not alone in this experience. With that in mind I wanted to create a self-care toolkit anyone can utilise anytime they feel their mental health suffering.
All images are downloadable for your use, I suggest printing them out as it’s always nice to have something physical.
Affirmation Cards
Affirmation cards are short encouraging cards designed to practice positive thinking and self-empowerment.
Repeat the message on the affirmation cards to yourself three times. This can be out loud or in your head or even write the message down yourself.
Useful Numbers Poster
If you feel you need to talk to someone about a mental health problem, I’ve created this printable poster with some helpful resources. Remember there is absolutely no shame in asking for help.

Looking after yourself at this time or anytime is vital but can be easy to forget. This self-care bingo card can be printed off as many times as you need to use it. Try setting yourself a time frame in which you must cross all the squares off. This could be daily, weekly or monthly.
