Recommends: London Film Festival Previews

We’re giving away tickets to preview screenings of three of this year’s most anticipated films which you can watch before their release date at Bristol’s Watershed as part of London Film Festival on tour!

There’s some great films coming out over the next few months and we can’t wait to watch them. Luckily, Bristol’s Watershed is once again running preview screenings for some of these films as part of LFF on tour, giving you the chance to be the first of your friends to have seen the films that everyone’s going to be talking about.

To help you make the most of these preview screenings, we’re giving away a pair of tickets to each of the following films: Noah Baumbach’s White Noise, Darren Aronofsky’s The Whale (featuring the return of Brendan Fraser!) and Ruben Östlund’s Palme-d’Or-winning Triangle of Sadness. Read on to find out more about each film, when it’s screening and how you can enter!

White Noise (dir. Noah Baumbach)

Noah Baumbach’s adaptation of Don DeLillo’s ‘unfilmable’ cult novel is a wonderfully idiosyncratic dark comedy starring Adam Driver and Greta Gerwig. Find out more.

Screening at Watershed, Bristol, Thursday 6th October, 20:20

The Whale (dir. Darren Aronofsky)

Brendan Fraser shines in Darren Aronofsky’s resplendent film about a man trying to reconnect with his teenage daughter before it’s too late. Tickets have sold out so our competition is the only way you can get into this preview screening! Find out more.

Screening at Watershed, Bristol, Wednesday 12th October, 20:30

Triangle of Sadness (dir. Ruben Östlund)

Riotously funny with a barbed wire-sharp wit, Triangle of Sadness garnered Ruben Östlund (The Square, Force Majeure) his second Cannes Palme d’Or award. Find out more.

Screening at Watershed, Bristol, Thursday 13th October, 20:10

How do I enter?

For each film, we’ll be sharing a tweet that you’ll need to like and retweet as well as follow our Twitter account. Winners will be selected at random and will receive a direct message from us with more information on how to claim your tickets. Each winner will receive two tickets. You can enter all three competitions, or just one or two.

Check the film information above to see when the competition for each film will be open until. We’ll also be linking the competitions that are currently live on this page so make sure you keep checking back!

Because these are preview screenings, you won’t be able to choose between different screening dates or times so make sure you’re able to make the screening you’re entering for as we won’t be able to swap your tickets for cash or for another screening.
