For our next edition, we’re discussing environmental film programming.
Join us from 13:00 – 14:00 on Wednesday 21 February for a conversation led by the UK Green Film Network: an exciting, new collaboration between British cinemas founded around the common goal of sharing ideas, learnings and advice on green film curation.
We’ll hear about the origin of the UK Green Film Network, the group’s plans for the future and how exhibitors across the UK can get involved. We’ll also explore real-world examples of green programming – covering the successes, challenges and opportunities encountered along the way.
Our speakers for this webinar are Patrick Hort (Owner, Mammoth – A Climate Action Cinema), Claire Horrocks (Film Programmer, Exeter Phoenix), Felicity Beckett (Head of Green Steering Group, Picturehouse) and Carol Rennie (Co-Director, Keswick Alhambra Cinema).
Based in Cornwall, 99p Films' Alex Fish was able to attend FilmBath in 2024 thanks to Film Hub South West's travel bursaries for its members.
BFI NETWORK south west, in partnership with Bournemouth Film School (BFS), is pleased to announce our Director Lab cohort.
Delivered in partnership with the BFI, FAN is proud to unveil the new UK-wide season – Too Much: Melodrama on Film - where audiences are invited to follow their emotions and get swept away by the big screen experience.
