As part of Spike Island’s Open Studios (4 & 5 May 2024) BFI NETWORK South West will present a screening of short films that bridge art and industry.
The screening will include early work from BAIT director Mark Jenkin, stop motion animation by Marie Lechevallier, work from BEEF members & BFI Doc Society.
These short films take creative risks and focus on bringing experimentation & process into the narrative.
You are welcome to join us for a discussion on Saturday 4 May 2pm with curators, artists and filmmakers exploring what is meant by ‘narrative’ and ‘process’ in filmmaking.
