    New Forest Filmmakers Meetup

    Forest Arts Centre

Calling all filmmakers in the New Forest!

Whether you are an established filmmaker or considering getting into filmmaking, we’d love to welcome you to expand your creative network, and meet potential collaborators from the area.

Led by local film producer Chuckie McEwan in collaboration with BFI NETWORK South West, this session will be an open forum to discuss all things filmmaking and creative collaboration – from pitching your ideas, to sharing local and regional opportunities.

We will also be joined by City Eye Film Network, which usually takes place on the second Tuesday of each month at City Eye in Southampton.

Filmmaking is a highly collaborative art form encompassing many varied creative skillsets. We encourage anyone with interests or experience in the following areas to come to the session to explore your filmmaking potential; storytelling, writing, directing, acting, cinematography / photography, prop buying and prop making, dress making and design, make up, sound design, music / composition, editing, animation, and VFX.

We have included a short questionnaire at checkout, which will allow us to tailor the content of the session to confirmed attendees.

Please note, this event is primarily for established and aspiring filmmakers living in the New Forest area.

RSVP for free now.
