Talent Mixer with BFI NETWORK SW and BFI Doc Society

    The Forge, Bristol

BFI NETWORK South West and BFI Doc Society are holding a regional talent mixer event for South West writers, directors and producers.

A regional talent mixer event for South West writers, directors and producers

The event is a chance to hear more about funding and other opportunities for support from BFI Doc Society – who grant BFI national lottery funding and provide support for documentary filmmakers (for both shorts and features), and BFI NETWORK South West – who provide funding and support for short fiction films both in live action and animation, and early feature development for writers.

This is a great opportunity to meet and form connections with other writers, directors and producers in the region and an opportunity to meet the BFI NETWORK Talent Exec Alice Cabanas and representatives from BFI Doc Society.

Please only book your free ticket if you are certain you can make it. If you book a ticket and then find yourself unable to attend, you must inform us in good time before the event.

Not turning up or cancelling last minute reduces the opportunities we are able offer to regional talent and impacts on our ability to continue to provide these free events.  Please help us by only booking if you definitely intend to come.

You can register for your free ticket via eventbrite here.

Please note, BFI NETWORK are more than happy to provide additional access support to filmmakers wishing to attend one of our events or training. If you have any specific needs, for example require a BSL interpreter, please contact us in advance of the event and we will endeavour to arrange this for you. You can reach us on bfinetwork@watershed.co.uk or call us on  0117 927 5100

If you would like to find out about opportunities, funding, events and more for creative talent in the South West, please sign up for the BFI NETWORK South West newsletter and make sure to follow us on twitter and join our facebook page.
