We have had to adapt how we do what we do over the last couple of years, but how do we get better at it? What are the challenges we are facing in our organisations in the short and mid-term future? What can we do to be best prepared for them?
In this taster session, we will work through some tried and tested methods that we can put into place. This participatory workshop shares ways to build in flexibility and discover new ways of building company resilience at this challenging time for the film exhibition sector.
This session will give you a set of methods to take away and you’ll get an introduction to the broader Cinema Business Resilience Incubator. It is also designed to work as a standalone session for those who are not able to commit to the full programme.
