Euella Jackson

Euella is a young creative, based in Bristol. She is a writer and emerging producer interested in exploring social commentary through film. Euella has directed and produced a number of films for Rife Magazine, alongside her personal film projects, and is currently working in a female-headed team to co-produce, Hats, a light short exploring a woman’s relationship with her ailing mother through her assortment of colourful hats. Jez Marshall

Jez Marshall is an assistant director in TV, film and commercials with seven years experience, having worked on such productions as ‘WWZ’, ‘Poldark, Broadchurch’ and J.K Rowling’s ‘C.B Strike’. In 2018 Jez co-produced and was 1st assistant director for Dean Puckett’s ‘The Sermon’ which was produced by Rebecca Wolff for Creative Englands i-Shorts scheme. He is currently producing the short film ‘Simulacrum’ which is in post-production and in pre-production for director Brett Harvey’s feature film ‘Long Way Back’, which shoots in May 2019.

Will Shutt

Most recently delivering short film “Run it Off” in capacity of producer/writer as part of creative England’s iShorts. Will currently works as a Production Manager on the BA Film Course at Arts University Bournemouth.

Previously working as Production Manager with White Lantern Film working on a range of commercial projects with ESPN, Sony and Garmin and a number of feature productions (Drying for Freedom, K Shop) progressing to the role of Assistant Producer.

Romy Waller

Having started her career almost nine years ago within the realms of the music video and commercial production worlds, Romy has found her focus and drive within telling diverse stories. She worked alongside independent film producer, Chris Coen (Unanimous Entertainment), on films such as ‘The Childhood Of A Leader’ and ‘Ashes In The Snow’. Romy is now developing and producing her own slate of features and short films with new, up-and-coming directorial talent, producers and writers. Such as, include Bel Powley and Alice Felgate (‘Little Hard’) and Daisy Stenham (’Sunday’ and ’Skin’), Isla Ure (‘Canvey Island’) and Ollie Wolf (’The Last Forever Woman’) . This year alone Romy has had her first BBC broadcast credit with ‘Skin’ and her first cinema release with ‘The Last Forever Woman’. She is now producing short film ‘Reprise’ by Isla Ure.

Katherine Press

Born and raised in Bristol, and having completed an MA in Film at Falmouth University, I’m passionate about creating work in the South West, working with diverse talent.

My debut micro-budget feature, LGBT comedy-drama A BAD PENNY, starring Pippa Haywood, filmed in Cornwall for £3.5k and is in post-production.

My short films have been shortlisted for the Grierson Awards, and screened at festivals across the UK. Projects in development include female-led sci-fi feature DEOS NOVOS, a co-production with Oxfordshire special effects house Audiomotion Studios (Harry Potter, A Monster Calls).

Paul Tully

Independent Producer with 19 years experience in TV Broadcast commercials, drama and Feature Film. I have held roles such as Post Production Supervisor for Ed Guiney on ‘Disco Pigs’, Production Manager, Line Producer and Producer.  As a graduate of the University of Ulster in 1998 I set up as an Independent Producer and began a 15 year career producing commercials for major global brands and agencies.

I believe in hard work, commitment and continual development. As such I recently graduated from the Creative England ‘South West Talent Module’ (2015/2016), becoming a recipient of their ‘Talent Development Fund’ to produce the short drama ‘If You Can Hear Me’ with award winning Writer/Director Jesse Lawrence. I was also accepted onto recent ‘Producer Day’ events attached to Encounters Film Festival 2018 which seeks to develop and network new producing talent in the region. I am currently developing feature documentary and drama projects with exciting new talent across the UK.

Maria Webb

I moved to the UK six years ago from New Zealand after training as an actor. I have been lucky enough to have worked in London, Edinburgh and Bristol (where I’ve settled) on the stage and screen.  However after questioning with parts of the acting industry my partner and I decided to produce a documentary about Actors in the UK (I’m an Actor) and that is where my interest in film production really took off. I have been working for the past year on this and have recently taken on board a short film that I’m also really excited to share. Alongside this you can catch me teaching Pilates around Bristol or dabbling in a bit of improv.
