We are a small theatre, built in 1890 and refurbished in 2006, with an all-year programme of events including drama, comedy, dance, live music and pantomime.
We serve the community of South Devon and in particular the town of Paignton. Once council-owned and managed, the theatre is now managed by Jazz Hands CIC. A new film prorgamme is being established in 2020 and the aspiration is to offer a range of film events to include themed viewings, festivals, and matinees for the town’s relatively mature population.
There is a multiplex in the town so the offering will be distinctive and community-focused.
