Kiki Bristol

Kiki “A party including good music and good friends, held for the express purpose of calming nerves, reducing anxiety and stress and generally fighting ennui. “Let’s have a Kiki!”

Kiki is a social safe space for LGBTQ People of Colour to meet, greet, eat, discuss, and set the dance floor on fire. Kiki came out of a group of us feeling tired of the lack of spaces for LGBTQ PoC and friends to meet and as importantly to dance to music that we enjoyed. We knew nothing would change if we didn’t take action. Join us in making a new scene in Bristol.

The evening begins with an early doors social over food issue, followed by an open mic section before dancing to the finest tracks from across the Black music spectrum. Held in a discreet Bristol venue this is a chance to meet with like minded People of Colour, to feel safe, networked, have fun and be free. Non PoC & LGBTQI friends welcome. There is a void in Bristol. Let’s fill it.
