East Bristol Cinema

East Bristol Cinema is a a pop-up, D.I.Y community cinema based at Easton Community Cinema but with the aim to move around different venues in East Bristol.

We are not for profit, completely run by volunteers and want our space and screenings to be as welcoming as possible.

Happy to work with different people for each screening, we welcome people getting involved to help programme and produce the events. East Bristol Cinema is a space where we spotlight local talent – inviting filmmakers, artists, poets, photographers and more to share their work.

There’s a cheap bar, music, good vibes and affordable prices – £5 general, £4 concession, free for refugees and asylum seekers and no0one is turned away due to lack of funds. We also have the opportunity to buy a ticket for someone else for a future screening.

If you have a suggestion for a venue we can use, a partnership we can make or would like to get involved in making it all happen – give us a shout!
