His co-produced feature, RADIATOR, screened in Picturehouse cinemas nationwide to great acclaim, and his first feature documentary, THE CLIMB, premiered at LFF in 2017.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Rajinder Kaur<\/strong> (writer\/director) is based in Bristol, exploring female-led narrative within a British- Asian context. She has worked on a number of short films as producer\/production manager, gaining a BAFTA nomination. Rajinder has collaborated with a diverse range of directors, and assisted Gurinder Chadha for several years, working for Bend It Films as a talent scout. Her first film as a writer\/director&nbsp;<em>Girl Like You<\/em>&nbsp;was commissioned by Film London.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left has-red-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Hats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-red-background-color has-text-color has-background\">Hats is a comedy-drama about a black, British woman who explores her relationship with her ailing mother in a care home, through an assortment of hats, revealing some culturally complex emotions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/watershed.co.uk\/filmhub\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/michelle_pascal_head_shot-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5224\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Michelle Pascal<\/strong> (Director) is Bristol born and bred and currently works as BBC director making factual programmes. Before this Michelle trained as an onscreen journalist and reported on daily news at BBC Points West. She works as the Engagement Producer at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rising.org.uk\/\">Rising Arts Agency<\/a>&nbsp;that advocates for young creative talent. She has produced a number of BFI funded shorts. Simeon has produced many award-winning short films, including sporty comedy-drama &#8216;Shuttlecock&#8217; and &#8216;Rhapsody in Blood&#8217;. Both have received critical praise. Three of her plays have been performed at Theatre West, Bristol. She\u2019s written for&nbsp;<em>Hollyoaks<\/em>&nbsp;and has been developing her radio play with BBC Radio 4. Her storytelling interests centre personal, biographical and woman-led projects. Since graduating, she has taken part in The Network, Edinburgh TV Festival\u2019s Talent Scheme, produced films for BBC\u2019s New Creatives and recently participated in the BFI Network\u2019s
