As part of taking a proactive approach to racial justice, Watershed have introduced a Rest policy for staff.  Our decision to resource rest was inspired by the work of Rising and first trialled with participants in our Alternative Technologies for Just Transition Project. We are sharing it, to enable others to adopt a similar approach or build upon this policy.
