The days are getting darker, the nights are longer – and our team of chefs have been getting creative in the kitchen! Winter is all about warming up and socialising with friends, so it's with great excitement we welcome our new Winter Menu.

Come and try out our new extra large sociable tables - perfect for gathering pre or post film or for a catch up with friends by candlelight to keep the chills at bay. Ideal for sharers – we have the Charcuterie Board of coppa, salami and chorizo or the Mezze Board of chargrilled artichokes, olives and feta, sundried tomatoes, roast squash, hummus and toasted pitta, it's the perfect sharing plate for friends or if you are starving then have one all to yourself.
On the Light Bites menu, everything is excellent value at just £5 or under. Try the homemade Chickpea and Vegetable Koftas or indulge in the Watershed Chorizo pan-fried in spiced wine - it has a smoky flavour that complements the wine.
One of the stars of the new menu is surely going to be the Vegetable Coconut Masala, a gorgeous veggie extravaganza of curry served with basmati rice, flaked almonds, papads and mango chutney. Inspired by our Exec Chef’s travels to North India many moons ago, we’ve also brought in some new Indian bottled beers to complete the authentic taste.
Oliver Pratt our Exec Chef says:
‘Crafting and tasting this dish really takes me back to my travelling days when I spent months meandering around the foothills of the Himalaya in India and Nepal, and around Lucknow. It was such a hospitable atmosphere there - I was constantly being invited into people’s houses where everyone insisted on cooking me their special dish. I learned that ‘masala’ means ‘mix’ and every family has their own specific mix of spices. It gave me confidence to try my own thing and to create my own fresh ground spice mix with juniper berries. I’d love to hear what our customers think – especially if they’ve been to India too!’
We’ve also introduced a new Light Lunch express menu if you’re in a rush - you can be sure these small dishes will be out in just a tick. Chose from Winter Vegetable Cassoulet or Stew of the Day, and Winter Pork Cassoulet or Stew of the Day. Or if you have a little more time, and are super peckish, you can order a larger portion of these hearty winter warmers.
Also on the menu there's a roast Chicken Ravioli with homemade pasta from one of our Italian chefs’ special recipe, amazing value at just £7. Or can we tempt you with a Beef Steak served with onion rings and spinach?
