Neil Ramjee is the Community Manager for the Watershed led Film Hub South West & West Midlands, one of nine Film Hubs around the UK that are part of the BFI Film Audience Network (BFI FAN), a ground-breaking initiative developed by the BFI to support the independent cultural exhibition sector and boost film audiences across the UK for specialised and independent British film.

Before joining the Film Hub, Neil worked in both the community and commercial cinema exhibition sectors for the past decade. He is passionate about the medium of film and the array of stories outside of the mainstream, having written for several film outlets and featured on several podcasts with an ear to help casual viewers break into films outside of the multiplex mould. In support of this, he has worked behind the camera on numerous film shoots, from Bollywood blockbusters to shoe-string budget feature films.
