Kat joined Watershed in 2021 as Development Manager to oversee its fundraising programmes. She builds relationships with and supports those who want to give to our work. Before this Kat worked for a range of charities, helping them to generate income from individuals, businesses and trusts and foundations. She is passionate about sharing stories and communicating how people’s lives can be impacted through charitable giving. She loves a good chat, meeting new people and sharing stories about our work.
