Robert Eggers’ reimagining of the 1922 silent German horror classic Nosferatu is being hailed as one of 2025’s most terrifying yet visually stunning films.
1838, Germany. Ellen Hutter (Lily-Rose Depp), is a haunted young woman, stalked by Count Orlok (Bill Skarsgård), a vampire from Transylvania. Thomas Hutter (Nicholas Hoult), Ellen's husband and a real estate agent, is tasked with finding a new home for Count Orlok. However, Thomas soon discovers that Count Orlok is infatuated with Ellen, leading to untold horrors.
