Bella is the Head of Development at Watershed, where she leads on the development strategy, fostering sustainable growth through individual giving, trusts, and corporate partnerships.
With a background in fundraising — having worked with organisations such as Action for M.E. and Make-A-Wish UK — she is passionate about using storytelling and creating compelling narratives to connect supporters with impact and inspire long-term engagement.
Bella has led teams across a diverse range of income streams, including campaigns, community fundraising, membership programs, legacies, and trusts and foundations and more.
