Rooms and spaces for hire
Watershed offers flexible rooms and cinemas for hire in a central location on Bristol's harbourside.
We provide everything from simple venue and meeting room hire to bespoke events project-managed on your behalf by our friendly in-house team.
We have in-house catering, technical facilities, and staff on hand to support your event or meeting.
Waterside 1, 2 and 3 can be linked together to suit larger events.
Waterside 1
A meeting room for up to 30 people with a range of layouts.
Waterside 2
This space seats up to 35 people and can be connected to Waterside 1 to make a larger meeting or event space.
Waterside 3
The largest space at Watershed for conferences and events with a standing capacity of 150 and seating capacity of 120, plus fantastic harbourside views.
Watershed Cinemas
When not screening films to the public Watershed cinemas are available to hire as part of an event or conference, but also to deliver services to the film and television industries.
State of the art technology allows for lectures, presentations, pre and post production rushes screenings, final edit screenings and private views.

Cinema 1
With a capacity of 197 this is Watershed’s largest cinema for hire. State of the art projection and audio-visual equipment make it one of the best presentation and cinema rooms for hire in Bristol.
Cinema 2
A capacity of 42, small but intimate, perfect for cozy screenings or seminar presentations.
Cinema 3
Seating 100, Cinema 3 can be hired for mid-sized lectures, presentations and screenings.
