20th Century Flicks Film Quiz: Cinema Rediscovered 2020

Wind down and rediscover the movie trivia hidden in the recesses of your brain with a special Cinema Rediscovered edition of the 20th Century Flicks Film Quiz.
In the absence of the big screen extravaganza in the building, we couldn’t resist putting on some-kind-of film happening that you could enjoy from the comfort of your home. Drawing on movie trivia from every decade of film history and executed with as much sass and verve as a Hollywood screwball comedy, the 20th Century Flicks Film Quiz - hosted by our neighbourhood video shop hosts Dave "Herzog" Taylor and Mr Bags, is designed to reward film geekery while encouraging good times.
The Quiz will be streamed via the 20th Century Flicks Facebook Page with questions being posted simultaneously on their Quiz Twitter account. And in a somewhat dysfunctional but usually accurate process, teams will need to send in their answers (via Twitter, email or Facebook) and once they’ve been totted up, prizes will be awarded. Prizes (UK participants only, sorry) include some special goodies from some of Cinema Rediscovered’s long-standing supporters including Park Circus, MUBI and partners such as Criterion and South West Silents. The prizes can be collected from the 20th Century Flicks video shop on Christmas Steps in Bristol, or depending on their size can be posted to you. Get yourself a team of 6 maximum, or just fly solo and keep the glory all to yourself!
The 20th Century Flicks Film Quiz is a monthly event that usually takes place at The Christmas Steps but is brought to you for one night only on the weekend of Cinema Rediscovered.
