Keep Rolling pays tribute to Ann Hui, one of the most critically acclaimed filmmakers of the Hong Kong New Wave.

Hui has experienced numerous ups and downs in her career, but the turn of the tide has never threatened her dedication and integrity towards movies. Her body of work, which spans 40 years, embodies her humanistic concerns and deep interests for the people of Hong Kong.

Hui has been awarded the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at the 77th Venice International Film Festival in 2020.
