Nora and Hae Sung, two deeply connected childhood friends, are torn apart when Nora's family emigrates from South Korea to Canada.

Twenty years later, they are reunited for one fateful week as they confront notions of love and destiny.

Director Celine Song's debut feature is a melancholic look at love in its different forms that separate and come together across time and distance. It's a beautiful, aching story about love, connections, memories of past lives and questions about the life not lived.
