In this lunchtime talk, we will hear from Dr. Libby Miller (she/her) who will explore how non-experts can be persuaded to participate meaningfully in technical projects. Dr. Miller will discuss how unreliable, physical, and humorous prototypes can help reduce power dynamics, giving people the freedom to engage authentically. These playful approaches allow us to uncover new insights and explore the possibilities more fully.
