After a screening of Ava DuVernay's seminal hip hop documentary This Is The Life (screening at 20:00), join us in the Café/Bar from 22:00 - late where Ujima Radio's DJ Style and Bristol underground stalwart Awkward and friends will unite for an early 90s hip hop music throwback.

Awkward is no stranger to the West Coast hip hop scene, having produced many of their most famous acts for nearly a decade, and DJ Style has been a huge part of Bristol's hip hop and R&B scene over the past 27 years, even promoting A Tribe Called Quest at the height of their career. It's going to be a great night, so come and party like it's, well, 1990-1995!
