This selection of six Lithuanian short films – fiction, animation and documentary, released in the last three years, is well representative of the direction of contemporary filmmaking in Lithuania. Most of these short films were awarded by Lithuanian Film Academy between 2013 and 2016 as the best ones in their categories, not to mention that all of them are very well known for the international film festival circuit.
