Hear the true story of a baby elephant born into a rescue camp in the Botswana wilderness. When she’s orphaned after only one month with her mother, the men looking after her herd must suddenly become tireless surrogates just to keep her alive. Camp scientist Mike Chase knows the stakes. He’s launched the most ambitious census ever to count elephants across Africa: a last ditch effort to help them survive. Now, he must race to defend an entire species while struggling to save a single life.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the producer Emre Izat.
