Come and meet the education team from Bristol Zoo (and some mini beast friends!) to celebrate the launch of our Bugs on Film season.
In this fun, live and interactive show families will be able to hold a live cockroach and other insects, as well as see a collection of Bristol Zoo bugs up close! Exploring the differences and similarities between our bodies and insects’, after the presentation there will be an opportunity to get creative with some arts and crafts. The zoo education team will be around between and after each session with a stand of live minibeasts and a display table of minibeast specimens.
Entry to this event is FREE. All materials provided. Most suitable for ages 6 - 11 years but everyone is welcome! Drop in anytime between 10:00-12:00. We'll be doing the show twice at the following times:
10:00 - 10:30 - Minibeasts and Me (interactive presentation including bug handling)
10:30 - 11:00 - Arts activity
11:00 - 11:30 - Minibeasts and Me (interactive presentation including bug handling)
11:30 - 12:00 - Arts activity
