Afrika Eye brings not just one but three nights of music to the festival this year, remarkable sessions from a West African dance company, a Madagascan born DJ and a traditional duo from Zimbabwe. Come on down!
Master mbira player Chartwell Dutiro and his talented son Shorai bring the mesmerising and sweet sounds of traditional Zimbabwean mbira music – a gentle acoustic set to close the festival. If you’ve never heard this music, you’re in for a treat. Intimate and lyrical it touches the parts that other music can’t reach!
