Summer Food Celebration
Please note : this season finished in Aug 2018
Here at Watershed we love working with and developing new talent across all areas of our organisation - so we are delighted that every Friday night throughout August we'll be working with some of Bristol's best local chefs on a series of seriously tasty pop-up foodie happenings inspired and influenced from all around the world.
Following a similar format to our previous food pop-up events, (think Four, Moorish, Cuisine and Colour, Matatu Kitchen and the Home Grown Supper Club) four super talented local chefs will be cooking up a storm this month - and whether you're a die hard carnivore or committed vegan you'll find something right for you.
Kicking off the month join us for a Vegan Monsoon Dining Experience (Fri 10 Aug) from Chef Anupreet Attridge, a very special cultural and culinary journey through the food influences of East Africa and Northern India.
Come Dine With Watershed sees our very own in-house team of talented chefs led by Head Chef Chris Warren will be creating their own unique evening (on Fri 24 Aug) of fine dining, with a selection of dishes using top quality local produce, lovingly presented and zinging with fresh summer flavours.
Travel next to Sardinia Meets South West (Fri 31 Aug), where Chef Danny Saville will create a Sardinian and South West inspired feast, featuring five courses packed full of fresh flavours and great atmosphere.
Take a look at the set menus, choose the ones that sound tastiest for you, and get them in your diary (they will book up fast!) - we look forward to feeding you in August!
