Beyond Boundaries presents: Films in Your Front Room

Season

Please note : this season finished in Aug 2020

Settle down on your sofa, get your popcorn ready and join Beyond Boundaries for a wide ranging season of online film events running throughout August.

This season is for everyone who is missing the experience of watching films together, who wants to feel connected to the local film community, or who simply wants to watch something new and exciting without leaving the comfort of their home.

Screenings will range from experimental shorts from the South West, to cult classics such as ‘But I’m a Cheerleader!’ and international cinema from Spain and Zimbabwe. You’ll have the chance to ask questions at Q&As with some incredible filmmaking talent, to dress up and answer some very silly questions at a live quiz, sit back and enjoy some theatrical performances, or to chill out with some craft activity.

Beyond Boundaries 360 is a programme led by Film Hub South West with workshops, film screenings and events that support talent from under-represented backgrounds to develop skills, confidence, networks and roots into film curation and event producing.

This programme is part of Film Feels Connected, a UK-wide cinema season, supported by the National Lottery and BFI Film Audience Network. Explore all films and events at filmfeels.co.uk
