Green Screen: Climate Emergency Films of the Year

Join us for at Green Screen, a day of free short film programmes, plus a panel discussion and a family workshop all of which celebrates filmmakers and their work to explore cutting edge climate research. This is a chance to see all the stunning shortlisted films from the 2020/21 Research in Film Awards Best Climate Emergency Film of the Year category - FOR FREE!
From the perils of a stork migrating to Sudan, to the life of the Marma People on the Bangladeshi border, to the heartbreaking and colossal shifts in ancient landscapes, the winners of this year's Climate Emergency Award push us to see the climate crisis through new eyes. Green Screen shines a light on this work and the impact it is having around the world.
Green Screen is an event supported by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (part of UK Research and Innovation) and hosted by Zoe Rasbash, Bristol + Bath Creative R+D’s Environmental Researcher, highlighting the exciting projects shortlisted as part of the AHRC’s Research in Film Awards.
