We never need much of an excuse to clock in with artist Bobby Baker for a catch up chat and this morning, we did just that. (If you haven’t had a peek at Bobby’s first 90 second Push Me film, fresh on The Space, then catch it now.)
Since our Push Me filming of Mad Gyms and Kitchens in Sheffield we’d been meaning to speak to her about the growing body of well being top tips that she’s been gathering from the tour housed on the fiesty new Daily Life Ltd website. If you haven’t clocked these then you’re missing a treat.
An intrinsic part of the show is where Bobby meets and mingles with her audience as they settle to pen their own personal tips and techniques to wellbeing.
My personal favourite the day we saw the show was from Kate Crawford from the Hearing Voices & Paranoia Support Group team, pictured here who was in the audience on the afternoon of the 2nd July. Speaking to Kate that day, she’d found it a thrill to draw her star gazing top tip.
‘There’s nothing better than looking up into a night sky’, she told us.
Mad Gyms and Kitchen is a must see at the Unlimited Festival this September and we’ve just been told that Bobby will be in conversation with Mark Storer exploring Art for all in unexpected places.’ on Saturday 8th September on the Spirit Level at The Royal Festival Hall at 1pm. Get your ticket now.
