Last Thursday Jon and Ryan went to Eastville Park to report on the free fitness event they had there, organised by LPW. They went as men, and came back as boys.
So we’ve got the be honest, the weather wasn’t looking too great when we left to go.

The Army guys tried to recruit us because we performed so well but we told them our loyalty lies with Rife magazine.
And once we stopped sweating we went off to try some of the other stuff on offer!
