Join Us At ‘The Link’ – A Free Networking Event For U24s
Next month, the Rife team are hosting The Link – a free informal networking event for young creative people looking to widen their network.
Join us at the Watershed on Wednesday 24th February from 6pm-8pm
Bristol is full of lots of creative young people who are pioneers of their chosen industries, but it’s often difficult for us to find one another. There’s a spoken word performance on every night, exhibitions opening all the time, and magazines popping up everywhere – and loads of these are being run by young people.
Networking can be difficult, awkward and stressful but it’s a vital part of the creative industry in making those connections with others. The Link is an informal space for us to widen our creative network of fellow talent – from the ones just starting out, to those at the top of their game and everyone in between.
Are you looking for writers for your magazine? A photographer? A fashion designer? A filmmaker? An illustrator? A web designer? Or trying to promote your project, collaborate or share ideas?
Join us at the Watershed on Wednesday 24th February from 6pm-8pm to meet other young creative people aged between 16 and 24. Free entry and some complimentary drinks will be available.
If you’d like to come along, let us know by e-mailing Antonia on antonia@rifemagazine.co.uk and if you’re working on a project and looking for a particular collaborator, let us know and we’ll match you up before you arrive.
