Cinema Pricing changes and a new membership

A warm welcome to Club Shed - our long-awaited new membership programme - and some information about changes to our cinema pricing.

I am delighted to let you know that from Fri 25 April, we will be introducing Club Shed, a new membership for Watershed audiences and customers.

For £15:00 per year, members will get 15% off cinema and Undershed tickets, 24 hours advance notice to book for special events and screenings, selected discounts in the Café & Bar and more.  Find out more and register your interest  in becoming one of our founding Club Shed members. 

As an independent, not-for-profit organisation, a registered charity, a Social Enterprise and a real living wage employer we are continually looking at finding ways to continue to operate and ensure our long-term viability in these very challenging times.   Alongside the launch of Club Shed, this includes also making some necessary changes to our cinema pricing. 

The following pricing changes will be implemented from Fri 25 April 2025:

+50p on our ‘peak’ full price and concessions tickets, and +50p to our ‘off peak’ full price, +£1.00 to our ‘off peak’ concessions and + £1.00 to our 24 and Under ticket.

This means that our new cinema prices will be as follows…

• Screenings before 16:00 Monday to Friday and before 14:00 at weekends
  £9:00 full (plus 12% booking fee*) / £6:00 concessions (plus 12% booking fee*).
• Screenings after 16:00 Monday to Friday and after 14:00 at weekends
  £11.50 full (plus 12% booking fee*) / £9.00 concessions (plus 12% booking fee*).
• Aged 24 or under 
  Any screening, any day any time for £6.00 (plus 12% booking fee*).
• 12 and under / refugees and asylum seekers
  Any screening, any day any time for £5.00 (plus 12% booking fee*)

These changes will take place from Fri 25 April – everything that is currently on sale will remain at our current pricing until Fri 25 April when they will change to the new ones.
