A filmmaker, a popular vlogger, a DJ and a comedy writer team up for Rife Magazine’s second round of paid internships.A collaboration between Watershed and Bristol Youth Links, Rife is an online platform by young people for young people covering events, local news and social issues. A diverse team curate the online magazine, ensuring that its stories and articles are relevant and interesting to other young people just like them.

We are very excited to announce that at dusk on Thu 11 Sept Shadowing, Watershed’s second Playable City Award, will be unveiled. When the sun goes down in Bristol, Shadowing, the winning submission from design duo Jonathan Chomko and Matthew Rosier (from New York and Treviso respectively) will appear as magical shadows beneath some of the city’s street lights revealing traces of those who walked before.

Announcing our new Artists in Residence

We are thrilled to announce our new Artists in Residence. Our Studio Artists Residency has been awarded to Run To Draw, a collaboration between illustrator Amelia Johnstone and product designer Peter Hathaway. We have also awarded a Micro-residency to performance artist Tom Marshman.
