Season

With the upcoming 40th anniversary re-release of Jonathan Demme’s landmark Talking Heads film Stop Making Sense, we’re revisiting a series of iconic concert films, playing every Sunday throughout September.

From the exquisite time capsule of Jazz on a Summer’s Day (1959) to D.A. Pennebaker’s thrilling Monterey Pop (1968), Led Zeppelin's myth-making doc The Song Remains the Same (1976), and Scorsese-shot record of the final farewell performance of the Band – The Last Waltz (1978), we’re bringing a short history of classic gigs back to the big screen to gear people up for Byrne and his big suit returning to cinemas on Fri 29 Sept.
