13.00 – 16.00 Road trip – Cavi – The Centre for Advanced Visualisation and Interaction (CAVI) is part of the University of Aarhus and has been established in a close cooperation with Danish National Centre for IT Research and the Alexandra Institute A/S with the objective to do research and support education concerning new visualisation and interaction techniques. CAVI is a place where a wealth of different activities take place daily. Besides the permanent staff, there are persons from companies, researchers from e.g. the University of Aarhus and the Aarhus School of Architecture, and not least students from different educational institutions who use the facilities as a part of their training.
16.00 – 16.30 Transport to KLUB Soelyst (Erik)
16.30 – 18.00 Club Soelyst – Infobox by Thomas – After school clubs in the area by Kurt Bruhn (Youth Area Manager)

18.00 – 23.00 Evening meal at Club Soelyst + Champion League soccer (for those who want to see it)

20.00 – 20.15 Transport to hotel for those who want to get home

20.15 – Free time

Day 3 – 15th September 2010

10.30 – 12.00 Introduction to youth environment by Peter Lillehed
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch at area 12
13.00 – 16.00 Visit to Andrew office and further discussions on Zing debate Thursday. Visit to Club Sokkehuset and a presentation by Bo Banner on youth involvement in the club
16.00 – 17.00 Transport to hotel
17.00 – 19.00 Free time
19.00 – 21.00 Evening meal and socialising (everybody for them selves. You can spend up to 200,- kr. On an evening meal).
21.00 – Free time

Day 4 – 16th September 2010

13.00 – 13.30 Transport to “Studenter Hus”
13.30 – 14.00 Free time
14.00 – 17.00 Mini conference with all Area managers, vice area managers and youths from different areas. ZING debate on the use of digital tools and youth involvement
17.00 – 18.00 Free time
18.00 – 22.00 Gala diner together with all youth managers and other appropriates – Divers entertainment by youths bands/theatre

Day 5 – 17th September 2010

09.30 – 11.30 Group work about the possible future in digital work with youths
11.30 – 12.30 Presentation of the results of group work

14.30 – Goodbye for now – Transport to airport or to town
