Like holding someone’s hand

We’ve put a lot of time and energy researching the best shape for the objects we’re going to make to carry the scent because the objects have to be inviting - you have to want to pick them up and feel comfortable bringing them up to your face.

It turns out the right shape is like a pebble you’d find on the beach. It has to be smooth, not too cold to the touch and of a size where you can actually close your fingers around it because that seems to give you a much more personal and intimate relationship with the object.
