Meet the cohort taking part in our Producer Lab, in partnership with Screen Cornwall and Exeter Phoenix. Across online and in-person sessions, selected producers will receive practical guidance and insights – including soft skills – that participants can later apply to larger budgets and long-form projects.
Hannah Lingard (she/her)
Hannah is a Creative Producer with over five years’ experience bringing productions to life from concept to final delivery. With a Master’s in International Journalism, specialising in documentary filmmaking, she is naturally drawn to stories that not only inform, but drive conversation and change. Hannah comes from Cornwall and is determined to help grow the film industry in this talented, creative corner of the world by bringing more productions and opportunities to the region.
Dannie Dart (she/her)
Dannie is an actor, producer, and director with over 7 years of experience creating original work for stage and screen. An MA graduate of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Dannie started out in theatre, her credits include Cardboard Village (2022), Morally Grey (2023), and To Build a Bigger Table (2024). She recently founded her own production company, Hidden Voice Productions, expanding into screen and creating original shorts such as The Presence (2026), Lady Macbeth Was Never a Girl (2026) and The Wolf (2027).

Tom Kinnear (he/him)
Tom Kinnear is a Gloucestershire-based film producer working across development, production and distribution. His credits include Beneath the Veil, on women’s rights in Pakistan, Echoes, a narrative short about grief, and Adopt Me, Please, on loneliness and isolation in later life. He founded Third Place Films to make community narratives with universal themes, and is developing features set in Zimbabwe, Ukraine and the UK.
Rajinder Kochar (she/her)
Rajinder is a Producer, Consultant and Tutor. Most recently she produced Never Had A Chance, the debut feature from Jazz Bhalla, which premiered at London Independent Film Festival 26 and won best UK feature award. The film won Best Film at various festivals including Kingston and Tongues on Fire. Rajinder is developing Brit-Asian talent, working-class voices and female-led projects. She is interested in all formats, from art-house, to mini-web series, film and TV.
Esther Saunders-Jennings (they/them)
Esther is a freelance producer working across live events, film and theatre. They produced the micro-short DEAD WIFE HUG (2025), selected as Best 48-Hour Film at Exeter Phoenix’s Two Short Nights Film Festival (2025) and was subsequently commissioned to make dawnbreaker (2026). Esther is also a local film programmer, collaborating with Bristol Megascreen, 20th Century Flicks, Queer Vision and Switch, and was previously a Director at Sofar Sounds.
Milly Rustom (she/her)
Milly Rustom is a Bristol-based producer working across commercial, branded and independent film production. At the heart of Milly’s work is a belief that the best films are made by teams who feel supported. She is passionate about creating a positive culture on set, one that prioritises communication and crew welfare, allowing everyone to do their best creative work.
