BFI NETWORK South West Shorts Showcase

Somerset Film at The Engine Room

Are you a writer, director or producer seeking funding or new creative contacts?

Join us in Bridgwater, Somerset, and get inspired at this evening of eclectic regional shorts that have been supported by BFI NETWORK. These highly original films explore identity and place; from horror on a strawberry farm to a neon-soaked trans sci-fi.

After the screening you’ll have the chance to chat to a BFI NETWORK Talent Executive, hear more about the upcoming opportunities in the region, and meet fellow creatives.

The event is FREE and includes (non-alcoholic) refreshments, but space is limited so please register.

Get your tickets here.

Content warning: strobing effect. Age guidance: 15+

The venue is fully accessible. Address: The Engine Room, 52, High Street, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 3BL. Travel info here for the Engine Room.
