    Interactive Inclusion Workshop

    Online
Each fortnight on Thursday mornings Film Hub South West hosts an online meet-up for Members, creating a space to share experience, make connections and keep in touch.
Alternate sessions have a specific focus on an area for development or support that responds to the needs and requests of our members.
Creating and increasing opportunities for more people to access the cinema experience and be included is core to our work and will remain a major priority in our future plans and our funding streams.

For the first of our monthly sector development sessions we are thrilled to welcome Helen Wright, Producer and Programme Coordinator of Scottish Queer International Film Festival (SQIFF), to host an interactive workshop focusing on inclusion of LGBTQIA+, Deaf, and Disabled audiences.

Helen will be joined by Ross Wilcock.

Ross Wilcock is an LGBT poet, writer, social media influencer, and activist living with multiple disabilities. He has recently begun working within the access sector assisting film festivals to become more accessible. He volunteers with The Seamore Neighbourhood Cinema, Matchbox Cineclub, and other film events in Glasgow, and has programmed for SQIFF.

Please note that this event is for members of Film Hub South West and the wider FAN membership. Film Hub South West Members will have priority. To find out more about membership please visit our website here.
