Kind of a Big Deal: the powerhouse role of producer @ Encounters

    Watershed

Join BFI Doc Society, Ffilm Cymru Wales and BFI NETWORK for a panel discussion celebrating the multi-faceted and essential role of the film producer – the person who initiates, facilitates, mediates and creates. Our invited industry guests (from scripted and documentary) will help shed light on how they drive projects forward, utilising creativity and reactivity in a highly challenging industry. Our powerhouse producer panel includes Denzil Monk (Enys Men, A Year in a Field), Maxine Gordon (The Archive: Queer Nigerian Project, The Hip Hop Years) and Toby Cameron (On Par).

Hosted by Hannah Bush Bailey (BFI Doc Society Film + Production Executive) and Jess Wheeler (BFI NETWORK South West Talent Executive).

Festival passes are needed for this event. Purchase them here. This event is in Waterside 3, Watershed Bristol.
